This is not a drawing that I particularly like due to the scale I was working on; drawing a full-length portrait with high-detail doesn't yield very promising results, really. I much prefer the texture on the clothing for almost all of my full-length portraits...It is so difficult to achieve a resemblance with such fine detail and small working space, really!

Ascot Scene from My Fair Lady (1964), arguably one of the funniest scenes of Audrey's acting career..."My aunt died of influenza, so they said, but it is my belief that they done the old woman in..." And so beautiful... "Come on Dover! Move yer bloomin' arse!"
This is so beautifuly drawn.....I dont know what to look at first, for the details are marvelous . I specially love the red on the hat amidst all the black and white. Just great!
Yay!!! You posted it!!! I'll have to this one!! I love this picture!!!
Oh yes, the hilarious ascot scene... "move yer bloomin' arse!!"
Man, I really should watch My Fair Lady again... it was and still is one of my favorite movies... ^^

Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
