Artist's Comments

The original photograph, by Bert Sterns, was part of the last photo sitting this actress ever sat for. This now famous nude series is available in a book entitled The Last Sitting, by the photographer.
This is my first drawing of Marilyn Monroe and was done completely free-hand with a variety of graphite pencils. it is currently hanging on my wall.

French just sounds so much more classy. German sounds like a disease, and Spanish makes me feel like I'm in a fast-food restaurant. French impresses waiters at fancy restaurants. Plus, Audrey hepburn's languages of choice were Italian and French, and our school doesn't offer Italian.

Are you making fun of my Mexican homies??? >:( Lol :D

Nobody thinks of Hispanic immigrants as classy. Sorry.
